摘要
采用均匀沉淀法,以硫酸钛为前驱体,制备了Bi2O3-TiO2复合纳米粉体材料,利用XPS、XRD、UV-Vis等现代化技术手段对复合纳米材料的结构和性质进行了表征。研究结果表明,TiO2的加入阻碍了Bi2O3晶粒的生长,导致复合纳米材料粒径的减小;而光生电子产生于Bi2O3并迁移到TiO2表面,所需的激发光频率变低,从而使复合纳米材料的吸光波长向可见光区域扩展。
In this paper, Bi2O3- TiO2 nano- material have been prepared by means of even precipitation method using Ti (SO4)2 as precursors. The structure and properties of Bi2O3 - TiO2 nano - material have been characterized by means of XRD, UV - Vis, XPS techniques. The results show that the addition of TiO2 into system has brought on grain growth inhibition to Bi2O3 ,so the size of Bi2O3 particles was reduced. The elector from Bi2O3 moving to the surface of TiO2 brought down the light frequency which can excitate nano- material, so the wavelength of light which nano- material absorbing have extend to the extent of visible light.
