摘要
目前,国家正通过发放助学贷款、助学金等措施大力资助高校贫困生。然而在具体的操作中,由于覆盖面越来越大,存在着贫困生界定困难的问题。本文采用针对复杂社会问题的ISM研究方法来帮助界定贫困生,提高了效率,也从一定程度上排除了主观因素。
Nowadays,our country is trying her best to help the poverty students in colleges,such as give loans,grants and so on. However, it＇s very diffcult to define the poverty students because of the increasing coverage during the process. This paper uses ISM method which is commonly used to solve complex social problems to help the definition and try to not only improve the efficiency, but also exclude the subjective factors.
