摘要 旅游管理专业本科基础课程在教学方法上普遍存在着重视传统教学法、弱化实践教学法等问题。本文从加强模拟实践教学——即创设情景,重视案例分析的选择与运用,角色扮演与理论学习相结合等方面进行设计和把握,努力探索出一种更适合本科教学的方法,从而提高本科的教学质量和学生动手实践能力。 There are many problems in the teaching methods for undergraduate basic curriculum in tourism managemem major, such as attaching importance to the traditional teaching method while ignoring the practical teaching method. In order to explore a method which is more suitable for undergraduate teaching, and thus improve undergraduate teaching quality and students' practical ability, this paper discussed the teaching method from the aspects of strengthening the analog practice teaching namely creating situations, paying attention to the selection and application of case analysis, and combining role playing with theory study and so on.
