摘要
本文研究了氮对HK50合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当氮含量超过0.065%时,层状胞晶的体积分数随氮含量的增加而增加。层状碳化物的惯习面是{111}γ。层状胞晶析出前后,氮的分布无显著变化。碳的扩散激活能随氮含量的增加而显著降低。层状碳化物的存在对高温蠕变和冲击性能是有害的。
The volume fraction of the larmellar cell in HK50 alloy may beincreased with the increase of N_2 content over 0.065%. The habit plane of larme-llar carbide is {111}_γ. The distribution of N_2 changes no more before or after thelarmellar cell precipitated. The diffusion activation energy of carbon reducesremarkably with the increase of N_2 content. It is believed that the larmellar carbi-de is harmful to the high temperature creep and impact properties of the alloy.
