摘要
探讨了数字化人体模型的建立及相关骨骼和肢体模型的简化方法,给出了一种肢体关节运动的数学描述及控制方法。基于GB10000―88建立的不同百分位人体模型尺寸数据库,在UG/KF环境下利用KF语言实现了数字化人体模型及相关视野和操作空间校核功能的参数化表达,并制作了UG环境下的菜单和控制操作界面,形成了在UG CAD环境下独立运行的人体模型模块,并应用于某专用方舱布置校核项目的操作空间和视野校核工作中。
The building of 3D human model and it's simplification method are studied. A mathematical expression for human skeletal subsystem movement control is presented. Based on GB 10000-88, a human measure database is built. Then a 3D parametrical human model is developed by KF language under UG/KF environment. The module of human model is combined into UG software. The 3D human model is applied to human-machine system design for verifying human sight and operation space in the layout of an engineering vehicle's cubic vessel.
