产品基因生长型设计研究

Research on Product Gene Growth Design

生物基因是含有特定遗传信息的功能单位,而产品作为满足人们所需的功能产品,可分解为基本的功能单位——产品基因。在综述相关研究的基础上,特别是生长型设计的研究,提出了产品基因概念,给出了产品基因的定义、特征、作用以及数据结构,提出了产品基因的类型和模型,得到了产品基因生长型设计的过程模型。利用DARFAD系统实现了滚字夹具的设计。

Biological gene is a functional unit holding specific genetic information. Accordingly products that fulfill the custom＇s function requirements can be divided into functional unit, which can be called Product Gene（PG）. Studying on the related design methods, especially on Growth Design, the conception of PG is presented, including its definition, features, effects and data structure. Moreover the type and model of PG are given. The design process model of PG＇s Growth Design is established and realized by Decomposition and Reconstitution for Automatic Design （DARFAD） system with an example of Gunzi fixture.
