摘要
以河南油田炼油厂为例,在对企业供应链和生产计划流程分析的基础上,对生产计划与供应链管理中存在的问题进行分析和探讨,提出相应的管理改进措施,并在管理改进的基础上对供应链管理环境下生产计划的编制与优化等问题进行研究,这对于促进石化企业供应链的构建,加快供应链管理在石化行业的成功实施都具有较强的现实意义。
Taking the Refining Plant of Henan Oil Field as example, based on analysis of enterprise' s supply chain and production plan flow, this paper analyzed and discussed the problems in production planning and supply chain management, and raised corresponding managerial measures for improvement. In addition, it studied the programming and optimization of production plan under supply chain management environment, which is of great realistic significance for boosting establishment of petrochemical enterprises' supply chain and accelerating successful implementation of supply chain management in petrochemical industry.
