大型乙烯裂解炉出口项目管理的研究

Study on Export Project Management of Large-scale Ethylene Cracking Furnaces

结合向某国900kt/a乙烯新建装置出口的一批150 kt/a GK6型裂解炉的实例,介绍了进料加工项目的操作模式和出口项目管理的关键环节,并从项目资金管理、采购管理、进度与质量管理、物流管理4个方面提出了国际项目管理的实施方案。

Combining the case of exporting a batch of 150kt/a GK6 type cracking furnace to a foreign country for its newly built 900kt/a ethylene plant, this paper introduced the operation mode of export processing trade and the key links in export project management. In addition, it proposed the application plan of international project management in four aspects： funds control, procurement management, progress and quality management, logistics management.
