摘要
城市定位与人们生活和生产的关系十分密切,城市定位方法反映了城市的管理水平和现代化程度。高效快速的城市案件应急报警、救援管理平台正在成为现代城市管理必不可少的要素之一。本文针对路灯的城市空间分布特点提出了基于路灯的城市110报警定位方法,与现行的城市定位方法相比具有很大的优势。重点探讨了作为110报警系统重要基础设施的定位标志和警用地理信息系统的建设方法。
City location have very close relations with the people＇s living and production of urban management and modernization. An efficient and rapid platform which is used for , its methods urban case e reflect the level mergency alarm and rescue management is becoming an essential element of modern urban management. In view of the street lamps＇ dis- tribution characteristic in urban space, this paper brings forward a based on street lamps urban alarm location method, this method compared to the existing ones have tremendous advantages. In this paper, the author lays heavy stress on discussing the building method of location symbol and police GIS ,which are important basis of 110 alarm system
