摘要
土地利用数据库的建设对于提高土地资源科学规划和合理开发利用水平,加快实现国土资源信息的规范化、科学化具有重要意义。本文以重庆市南川区为例,简要地介绍了项目区概况,概略分析了项目区的建库技术流程。重点对建库过程中数学基础的建立、矢量化的方法选择、拓扑成面细碎多边形的处理、质量控制方法等关键技术进行了探讨。
The construction of land-use database is very important and helpful in advancing the level of scientific programming and reasonable exploitation and utilization of land resources. It also makes the information of state-land resources standardization and scientificalness. In this article, take Nanchuan district, Chongqing city as an example, the general situation of project area is briefly introduced, and also the technological process of database construction is analyzed but the main points is the key technique to establish mathematical foundation, selection of vectorization method, disposal of topology-fragment polygon and the method of quality control,which provides the realistic significance about Land -use database construction in the future
