In years, the application of city three-dimension model developed very quickly, got widespread attention, but the construction cost and difficulties are so great that the construction is not easy to expand. Thus, the paper gives the the concept of corresponding digital orthophoto map applying to stereo scene, and discusses the theory, characteristic, production and application in city management.
