摘要
全国城市勘测单位贯彻ISO9001∶2000标准的工作已实施多年,随着质量管理体系的建立和保持,对管理体系的各个过程进行持续改进将是下一步工作的重点,而八项质量管理原则中的过程方法就是一个很好的工具,本文从测绘项目的质量策划这个方面来阐述过程方法的应用。
