摘要
讨论了某重型燃气轮机DLN燃烧室双燃料喷嘴组气体燃料冷态流量试验研究结果。应用自行研制的SH-1气体流量试验器准确测量了喷嘴组各路供气量,依据试验结果修正喷嘴组设计尺寸,实现设计要求。流量试验结果表明复杂流道结构设计仍需依赖试验修正,组件焊接工艺对流量影响较大。单管燃烧试验结果表明,通过冷态试验,喷嘴组各工况流量均达到设计要求,保证燃烧室高效稳定的燃烧,但燃料预混均匀性较差,不能满足低NOx排放要求,是后续改进目标。
Experimental investigation results of the injector group of double fuel in a heavy-duty gas turbine DLN combustor were discussed. Using SH-1 flow meter that development by ourselves, gas flows of all branches were precisely measured, and modified the design dimension based on experimental results. The results indicate that complex flow structure design still rely on trial, welding technology of groupware has a great impact on flow rate. The combustion testing of the injector group in the flame tube is made, its every targets are arrived in the design requirements, which ensure the efficiency and steady combustion. But fuel premixed is poor, and can not meet the requirements of low-NOx emissions, which is the target we must improve.
