摘要 江苏某铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿厂铅精矿中铜含量较高,为此进行了从该铅精矿中分离回收铜的试验研究。试验采用新研制的铅抑制剂PMA、铜活化剂YC以及对铜矿物具有高选择性捕收能力的BK901C,通过1次粗选、1次扫选、2次精选,获得了铜品位为31.43%、铅含量为4.38%,铜回收率为83.30%的铜精矿,同时保证了现场铅精矿中铅的损失率不超过1%。 The lead concentrate of a lead-zinc multi-metal sulfide ore concentrator in Jiansu had a high copper content and test research was made on the separate recovery of copper from the said lead concentrate. The test adopted a newly developed lead depressor PMA, a new copper activator YC and BK 901C collector that was efficient for copper minerals, and a process of one roughing, one scavenging and two cleaning. A copper concentrate was obtained that contained 31.43% copper and 4.38% lead and had an 83.30% copper recovery. The lead loss was ensured to be no higher than 1% in the production.
