摘要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,城市生活污水的排放量越来越多,污水中含有大量的有机物,严重污染城市环境.通过正交实验研究了煤系高岭土对城市生活污水中有机物(COD)的吸附.结果表明:煤系高岭土的用量对COD的去除率影响最大,其次是反应温度,污水的pH、反应时间和搅拌速度.煤系高岭土对城市生活污水中COD的最佳吸附条件为:处理50mL的城市生活污水需要的煤系高岭土用量为6g,反应温度为30℃、反应时间为2h,pH为7,搅拌速度为45 r/min时,煤系高岭土对污水中COD的吸附率达80.59%.煤系高岭土的用量对吸附城市生活污水中COD具有显著的影响.
With the rapid economic development and the ever-improving living standard of our people, the discharge of urban domestic sewage increases rapidly. Since it contains large quantities of organic matters(COD), it seriously pollutes the urban living environment. A research on coal kaolin adsorption of organic matters in sewage water is conducted by way of orthogonal experiment. The experimental findings show that the leading factor that directly affect the COD removal rate turns out to be the amount of Coal Kaolinite used in the water treatment, second to which in order is the reaction temperature, the pH of sewage, reaction time and stiring speed. The optimal conditions for coal kaolin adsorption of COD in urban sewage were as follows: the kaolin dosage(6g/50ml) ; reaction temperature(30℃ ) ; reaction time(2h) ; pH(7) and stiring speed(45 r/rain). With these conditions met, the COD adsorption rate can reach as much as 80.59%, which proves that the amount of Coal Kaolinite used exerts a significant influence on COD removal rate.
