原发性进行性冻结步态 被引量：2

摘要 冻结步态为在走路过程中突然出现的而短暂的步态受阻．患者通常描述其脚像粘在或者似被吸在地板上。在行走的过程中可反复发生冻结，突出的特点是冉启动困难，一旦患者打破冻结，他们将会正常或者接近正常行走。冻结步态是晚期帕金森病患者最为常见的症状。还可见于进行性核上性眼肌麻痹．多系统萎缩，皮质基底节变性，血管性帕金森综合征和脑炎后帕金森综合征及正常颅压脑积水等疾病。但是有一些患者仅表现为步态的冻结，并且伴随着疾病的发展无上述疾病的临床表现．或伴有轻微的其它神经系统异常表现，
