摘要
基于多属性决策理论,建立了一种战斗机综合效能的多属性评估框架。评估属性包括:飞机机动性,几何完善性,结构完善性,续航性,飞机使用保障技术特性,武器、火控和航空电子系统特性,以及全寿命周期费用。综合效能评估采用TOPS IS方法,回避了将各评估参数综合成单一效能度量值的困难。采用最小信息折衷评估方法确定属性权重。对F-15C、F-16A、F-18A三种战斗机的综合效能进行了评估、对比。
Based on multi-attribute decision-making theory, a multi-attribute assessment framework for synthetic effectiveness of fighters is presented. The attribute set used in effectiveness assessment comprises seven factors, i.e. , aircraft maneuverability, geometric perfection level, structural perfection level, endurable flight characteristics, technological characteristics in operation and support stage, capabilities of weapon and fire control as well as avionics systems, and life cycle cost. The TOPSIS method is adopted to assess the synthetic effectiveness, which can evade the problem of synthesizing various assessment parameters into a single effectiveness measure. The weights of different attributes are determined by using Minimal Information Trade-off Assessment (MITA) method. Finally, the synthetic effectiveness of F-15C, F-16A and F-18A fighters are assessed and compared.
