有序扩大公民政治参与是构建和谐社会的重要内容。在重庆,公民政治参与失范、失序现象还时有发生,究其原因,有现实、历史、地缘等方面的因素。因此,应不断完善公民政治参与机制,积极推进公民政治参与的有序扩大。

Orderly expansion of civil political participation is an important foundation and content of building a harmonious socie ty. Owing to realistic, historical and geographical factors, disorder and deviation from the norm occasionally occur in civil polit ical participation in Chongqing. We should constantly improve the mechanisms for civil political participation and actively pro mote its orderly expansion.
