论高校辅导员校本培训体系的建设

Construction of School-Based Training System for College Counselors

新形势下,越来越多棘手的大学生思想教育问题,如心理健康问题、诚信问题、就业问题等,对高校辅导员的素质能力、工作方式方法提出了更高要求。目前,高校辅导员大多停留于经验式的教育管理和繁杂性的事务工作,缺乏理论指导和科学方法。建立高校辅导员的校本培训体系,可以有效解决这个问题,而且为辅导员队伍的职业化建设提供一个有效的途径。文中探讨了构建高校辅导员校本培训体系的意义、机构建设、指导原则、师资力量、培训内容和方式以及科学的评估考核机制。

Under the new situation, the appearance of more and more intractable problems in ideological education among college students, such as psychological health, honesty and credit and employment, requires more of the ability and quality of college counselors and their working method. At present, the majority of college counselors rely upon experiential education manage ment and miscellaneous routine work, which is lack of theoretical direction and scientific methods. To solve this problem effectively, the construction of a school-based training system for college counselors is proposed, which also refers to an effective approach to the construction of vocational college counselors. This article discusses the significance of the school-based training system among college counselors, its organizational construction, its governing principles, comprehensive qualities, training composition and methods as well as scientific assessment system.
