摘要
核糖核酸酶A超家族是一类以牛胰腺核糖核酸酶A为代表的、从不同脊椎动物中分离到的同源蛋白组成,其中几个成员具有选择性抗微生物活性,不同成员杀菌作用的机制不同。本文对近年发现的核糖核酸酶A超家族成员的杀菌谱及其作用机制的研究成果进行了总结,并分析了当前存在的问题和解决的思路。核糖核酸酶独特的杀菌作用机制在新药开发中具有引人瞩目的前景,基于其独特的分子骨架设计合成新一类抗生素,可能在微生物感染的临床治疗中发挥作用。
The ribonuclease A superfamily includes extensive proteins homologous to bovine pancreatic ribonuclease A , the prototype of the superfamily, from different vertebrate species. Several members with antibacterial activities have found in diverse lineages. Different selectivity and mechanisms involved are summarized, and some puzzles in this field are analyzed. With its unique molecular structures which contribute to its antimicrobial mechanisms, the ribonuclease A superfamily members have prospects in exploring a new class of antibiotics , and can play an important role against microbial infection diseases.
