摘要
介绍了上海老港静脉产业园区规划概况以及园区定位,分析了老港静脉园区开发风力发电、填埋气发电、太阳能发电的基础条件,提出了在园区构建"立体式、多模式"能源再利用体系的设想,将垃圾填埋场封场后土地再利用和发展可再生能源有机地结合在一起,具有示范意义。
The plan for Shanghai Laogang Venous Industrial Park and its positioning are introduced. Basic conditions for the development of wind, landfill gas and solar power generation are analyzed. The tentative idea about construction of "three-dimensional, multi-mode" energy re-use system in Shanghai Laogang Venous Industrial Park is put forward It is of demonstrative meaning that land re-use of the landfill after closure is organically combined with development of renewable energy.
