摘要
建立了石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定乳和乳制品中铬的新方法.研究了仪器的工作参数,石墨炉的灰化、原子化温度,对乳和乳制品常见的共存离子进行了干扰实验.结果表明,在选定的最佳仪器条件下检出限为0.2μg/L,回收率为89.2%~96.7%,相对标准偏差为2.8%。本方法适合用于分析乳和乳制品中铬的质量浓度,灵敏度更高、简便、快速、试剂用量少、干扰少等特点,实现了分析的自动化和连续化等。
Chromium in milk and dairy product is detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry . Studies in instrumental working parameter, graphite furnace incinerate, atomization temperature, milk and dairy product frequent concomitance ions was precede interference experiment. Consequence indicated :At best instrument condition the limit of detection is found to be 0.2 μg/L, the recovery of selenium is 89.2%-96.7%,the RSD (%)(relative standard deviation) is 2.8%.This method to suit use for analyze content of Cr in milk and dairy product, the new method is sensitive and convenient to use, quickly, few reagent usage, few interference etc. Accomplished automation and continuation of analysis etc.
