摘要
为提高建筑业信息管理水平和建设项目信息的共享及使用效率,总结了建筑信息分类、表达原则,提出了基于功能、行为、结构、环境、性能和人等影响因素为核心要素的建筑产品动态信息模型。根据建筑业对信息模型的需求,确定以面向对象为基础,采用基于多层建模、层连接对象和公共特征抽象等方法支持信息模型的开发。
To improve the information management level in the construction industry and to enhance the construction project information sharing and usage efficiency, this paper outlined the construction information classification and representation principles. A building product dynamic information model based on influential factors of function, behavior, structure, environment, performance and human as core elements was presented. Development of the information model used an object oriented methodology and was supported by multiple layer-based modeling, layer connection object and common feature abstraction according to the requirements of construction industry for the information model.
