Dynamic compaction and quality control of large area backfill foundation for a newly built community

采用强夯法对大面积回填土建筑场地地基处理,由于加固效果显著,强夯处理后的回填土承载力及沉降量均能满足基础结构设计要求。针对目前强夯法在哈尔滨地区应用较少,未来采用强夯法处理地基的工程会不断增加的情况,以哈尔滨某新建小区的工程实践为例,对新建小区大面积回填土地基强夯处理的施工程序与质量控制进行探讨。

The dynamic compaction method is used for large area backfill in the construction site foundation. Because of the strengthen effect, the bearing capacity of backfill and settling volume after the dynamic compaction process can satisfy the basic structural design. Based on the situation that the dynamic compaction method was seldom used in Harbin region and the number of construction projects adopting dynamic compaction is increasing, taking a newly built community as an example, this paper analyzed the construction procedure and quality control of dynamic compaction of large area backfill foundation.
