发展循环经济是保持苏州工业园区经济、社会和环境协调发展的重要突破口，是园区产业结构调整的重要契机，也是园区新一轮开发建设的必由之路。在苏州工业园区推行循环经济，必将对我国各类开发区的发展起到巨大的示范和引导作用，对我国建设资源节约、环境友好、经济优质、自主创新、社会和谐的全面小康社会具有推动作用。
The development of circular economy is the important breakthrough which keeps the economy, society and environment developed harmoniously at Suzhou industrial park, a significant chance to carry out the adjustment of the industrial structure, it is the only way to acquired another newly development and construction. The Promotion of circular economy in the Suzhou industrial park must have a great demonstration and leading function to the other kinds of development zones in our country, and have a push function to build an overall middle-class family society with resources saving,environment amity,superior quality economy, independent innovation and harmonious.
