我国农村基础设施供给的优先序--基于广东英德、鹤山的实证分析

The Priority of Rural Infrastructure Supply in China:An Empirical Research Based on Yinde and Heshan Counties in Guangdong Province

本文利用2008年在广东英德、鹤山两市实地调查的数据,运用Multinomial Logit模型分析农民对农村基础设施供给优先序的选择。本文的研究结果表明:道路的投资比例远远高于小型农田水利设施的投资比例;但是农民对小型农田水利设施更加需要,这一情况在贫困地区更为突出;农民对农村基础设施的优先序选择受到农户土地类型、土地流转情况以及村级过去基础设施投资项目等因素的影响。

Based on the survey in Yingde and Heshan in Guangdong province in 2008, this paper analyzes the determinants of priority of the rural infrastructure supply using Muhinomial Logit model. The results show that proportion of road investment is higher than small irrigation facilities, which is more important for the rural residents. This phenomenon is more prevalent in poverty-stricken areas. The priority of rural infrastructure is affected by the land type, the transfer land and the past investment, and so on.
