摘要
研究了高校校办产业的发展方向，依据校办产业自身的特点和发展中存在的问题，提出了高校校办产业建立现代企业制度的要求和相应的管理体系，明确指出建立高校企业集团是建立现代企业制度的一个有效途径。
In this Paper,the development direction of college industry was studied,the reqirements and managment system to build modern enterprise institution in college industry were presented according to the characteristics of it and the problems in development.It is pointed out that college enterprise group is an effective way to build modern enterprise institution.
