合武铁路组合箱梁预制施工工艺

Construction Technology for Precasting of Built-up Box Girders Used for Hefei-Wuhan Railway

我国铁路客运专线建设方兴未艾,迅速建立起了与之配套的设计、施工标准体系。为解决客运专线铁路预制整孔箱梁架设通过隧道宽度受限的问题,采用组合箱梁的方式代替整孔箱梁,并率先在合武铁路发布实施。从模板制作、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑、预应力施工控制等方面,研究制定了合武铁路组合箱梁预制施工工艺,确保组合箱梁施工过程有序合理,施工质量处于可控状态。该项技术在合武铁路湖北段得到广泛应用并取得良好效果。

The construction of passenger dedicated railways in China is presently in full swing and the design and construction standard systems catering for the need of the construction of the railways have been accordingly promptly established. To tackle the problem of the width restric- tion of the precast full span box girders when transported through tunnels on the railways, the precast built-up box girders were designed and were used to substitute for the full span box girders and the standard systems for the built-up box girders were firstly released and put into application in the construction of Hefei-Wuhan Railway. The construction technology for precasting of the built-up box girders for the Railway were researched and formulated from aspect of the form- work fabrication, reinforcement binding, concrete casting and prestressing construction control for the purpose of ensuring that the construction process of the girders would be rational and or- derly and the construction quality would be in the controllable state. The construction technology herewith have been widely applied in the construction of the Hubei section of the Railway and have achieved sound effect.
