摘要
按铁道部新颁布的混凝土耐久性设计标准,北方桥梁水位变动区的下部结构混凝土强度等级达C45,这使得承台、墩身等大体积混凝土的温控及防裂问题更为突出,需要采取严格有效的技术手段和工程措施。结合郑州黄河公铁两用桥施工的实际情况,介绍高强度大体积承台、墩身混凝土防裂施工技术。
In compliance with the codes for concrete durability design newly promulgated by the Ministry of Railways, the concrete strength for substructures of the bridges in the water level variation areas in northern part of China is required to be C45. The requirement in the codes makes the problems of the temperature control and anti-cracking of massive concrete for pier bases and pier shafts become more striking and therefore, the rigorous and effective technical means and construction measures should be taken. With reference to the actual situations of the construction of Zhengzhou Huanghe River Rail-cum-Road Bridge, this paper elaborates the construc- tion techniques for anti-cracking of the high-strength and massive concrete for pier bases and pier shafts.
