EIC与PIC结合的pH过程控制器

摘要 专家智能控制具有跟随持性好、逻辑运算方法简便等特性;比例积分控制具有可靠性高、稳定性好等特点。将专家智能控制与比例积分控制相结合,并采用分段控制的策略,应用于pH过程控制。这种控制器能较好地处理过程严重非线性,而且对过程参数的大幅度变化和负荷干扰有很强的自适应能力。采用不同的pH设定值对控制器进行数字仿真。结果表明,该控制器具有超调量很小、适应能力较强、过渡过程时间短、控制效果良好的特性。 The export intelligent control features good follow up characteristic, simple and successful logic operation, while the proportion integral control features high reliability and good stability. By combining these two control methods, and adopting sectional control strategy; the controller is built for pH control, the grave nonlinear process. Facing large variance of process parameters and load disturbance, the controller offers very good adaptability. The digital simulation of the controller indicates that under different pH set points, small overshoot, short transient time, and excellent control effects are obtained.
