摘要
为了提高消防应急灯具的检测效率,提出了一种消防应急灯具自动检测系统的设计方法。具体介绍了系统的总体构成、硬件以及上下位机软件设计,并对其中的几个关键参数的检测作了分析。经过检测机构的长期使用,验证了该系统能够准确、可靠地对国标规定的消防应急灯具的主要性能参数进行测量、分析。系统具有操作简单、人机化程度高、性能稳定、测试结果准确等特点。
For increasing the detection efficiency of fire fighting emergency light test, the design method of an automatic detecting system is put forward. The overall design of the system, hardware design and software design for host computer and slave computers are presented. The detections for several critical parameter are analyzed. Through long term usage in examination organizations, the system has been verified on accuracy, and reliability for measuring and analyzing the main performance indexes in accordance with international standards. The system features easy operation, high-level man-machine interfacing, stable performanee and accurate test results.
