本文分析了高校国有资产流失的原因，提出应通过产权登记，明晰产权关系；强化动态管理，合理调配，物尽其用；进行资产评估，坚持有偿使用的原则等页有效措施来防止高校国有资产的流失。
Analyses causes of running off state property in colleges and universites. Raises some measures for preventing running off state property in colleges and universities, as check in property right, making clear and definite relation of property, strengthen the administration in developments, let all things serve their proper purpose, evaluatting property, putting nongratuitous into practice.
