系科办公室管理自动化初探

摘要 在信息技术日新月异的今天,对现代高等院校的高速信息数据交流以及无纸办公等的要求也日趋迫切.本文在总结多年来系科办公管理经验的基础上,结合当今计算机的发展理论,运用关系数据库模式和面向对象编程,将办公室自动化运用于实际,初步设计了在WINDOWS环境中的系科办公室管理系统,以期发挥计算机的潜能,提高系科办公效率. Having based on the administrative experience of department and section offices,which has been accumulated for many years, this article combines, up to date, the computer's development theories to make the office work become autornatic procedure in daily practice. We have initially designed the management system of office in window condition in order to develop the potential of computer as well as to promote and raise the efficiency of office work.
