基于意义建构理论的企业社会责任沟通策略研究综述 被引量:19

摘要 本文在回顾现有文献的基础上,运用意义建构理论深入探讨了企业社会责任及其沟通策略,并分析了与不同企业社会责任沟通策略相适应的内部组织特征,以期为企业正确选择和有效实施企业社会责任沟通策略提供指导。
