摘要
对高校膳食工作社会化问题进行了分析,认为它具有阶段性和多样性的特点,并提出了高校膳食工作改革的若干原则和方法。
An analysis is made on the socialization of meals work in colleges, which is of stage and variety,A suggestion is given on some principles afid methods to reform meals work in colleges.
