摘要 提出了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定复合疏松剂中铝含量的方法。制备了涂钽石墨管以消除铝在石墨管中的记忆效应,采用硝酸镁和硝酸钯的混合溶液作为基体改进剂,灰化温度从700℃升至1 300℃。对升温程序作了详细的叙述。铝的质量浓度在80μg.L-1范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为0.02μg.L-1。应用此法分析了普通泡打粉和无铝泡打粉中的铝含量,加标回收率分别为91%,95%,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为8.3%,7.9%。 GFAAS was applied to the determination of aluminum in composite baking pawder. Graphite tube coated with tantalum was prepared and used to avoid memory effect of aluminum. A mixed solution of magnesium nitrate and palladium nitrate was used as matrix modifier, and ashing temperature was elevated from 700 ℃ to 1 300℃. Program of temperature elavation was described in detail. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of aluminum was obtained within 80μg·L^-1, with detection limit (3a) of 0. 02 μg·L^-. The proposed method was used in the analysis of common baking powder with and without aluminum. The values of recovery found by standard addition method were 91%, 95%, and values of RSD's (n=6) found were 8. 3%, 7. 9%, respectively.
