摘要
用气相色谱法对水样中残留的三唑磷的含量进行测定。水样经苯提取,采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm)分离,用氮磷检测器测定。三唑磷的质量浓度在0.0051.0mg·L^-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为3.5μg·L^-1。方法的回收率在94.0%~97.5%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于3.7%。
Residual amounts of triazophos in water sample were determined by GC with nitrogen-phosphorus detector (NPD). Residual triazophos in water sample was extracted with benzene and separated on HP-5 capillary column (30m×0.32mm,0.25μm). Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of triazophos was obtained in the range of 0. 005--1. 0 mg·L^-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 3. 5μg·L^-1. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving results in the range of 94.0%--97.5%. Values of RSD's (n=6) found were less than 3.7%.
