侧卧防倾伏体位架的制作及在无痛胃镜中的应用

The appliance for patient to prevent the body from incline forward or backword during painless gastroscopy

目的为无痛胃镜制作专用体位架,确保无痛胃镜操作的顺利进行。方法用木板材制作出L型体位架,配备相关约束带构成侧卧防倾伏体位固定架。结果经临床应用验证,此体位架不仅可防止患者进入催眠镇痛状态后向前倾或向后倒伏,而且可防止术中患者意外挣动而影响内镜操作。结论侧卧防倾伏体位固定架值得在无痛胃镜检查中推广应用。

[Objective] To make a position appliance for patient to prevent the body from inelining during painless gastroseopy. [Methods] The appliance made up from ＂L＂ frame and restricting belt. [Results] By clinical applieation, the appliance could not only prevent the patient＇s body from inelining forward Or baekword, but also prevent the patients＇s sudden movement during painless gastroseopy. [Conelusions] Side position holding appliance is very useful during painless gastroseopy.
