摘要
目的探讨宫腔内超声检查的可行性和临床意义,研究专用宫腔内超声设备。方法气管镜进入宫腔,经操作管道进入超声探头,对子宫肌壁间肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤、内膜癌、黏膜增厚患者和正常黏膜进行检查,共10例。结果宫腔超声清晰观察子宫肌壁间肌瘤2例,其中1例囊性变,腹部超声未提示;黏膜下肌瘤3例;内膜癌1例,范围约2.0cm,浸润到浅肌层;2例黏膜增厚最深达1.0cm;2例黏膜正常。结论应用小探头超声进行宫腔内检查是可行的,能够对子宫肌层和黏膜病变进行细微检查,有临床价值,但设备需要改进。
[Objective] To discuss the feasibility and the clinical significance of introduction of ultrasound to intrauterine check -up, and to study intrauterine ultrasound in terms of the equipment. [Methods] Bronchoscope was put into the uteri of 10 cases and was fitted into the probe of the ultrasound via a certain tube, so as to check intramural myoma, submucous myoma, carcinoma of endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and normal mucosa. [Result] Intramural myoma and submucous myoma could be clearly observed through intrauterine ultrasounds, the range and invasion depth of endometrial carcinoma could be ascertained and the thickness of normal mucosa could be confirmed. [Conclusion] It is practicable to utilize ultrasound with minor probe to implement intrauterine check-ups. In this way, the pathological changes in myometrium and endometrium can be carefully examined, which has potential clinical significance, but the equipment must be ameliorated.
