Technical Type Talent and its Education

技术是为社会谋取直接利益的手段、它可以表现为物质形态，也可以表现为非物质形态。技术型人才是指掌握和应用技术手段。实现其社会功能的人才。社会对技术型人才的需求，促使技术教育的产生。而技术的不断发展又使得技术教育的层次高移，以致产生了高等职业技术教育，使高等教育形成了新的结构框架。

Technology is a means to gain the direct profit for society. It may display both substantial and nonsubstantial formation. Technical type talent means a person who can hold and apply the technical means and realize the social function. The social requirement of technical type talent causes the technical education, moreover, the ceaseless development of technology heightens the level of technical education, and as a result, the tertiary vocational and technical education forms a new constructive frame of higher education.
