从老年人下肢运动能力的衰退看健身运动的重要性 被引量:25

摘要 本文对普通老年组、参加锻炼的老年组及大学生对照组闭眼单足站立、常态步幅和立正膝间距等三项指标进行了研究,证明老年人运动平衡调节能力和肌肉运动功能均显著低于(p<0.01)对照组。但经常参加锻炼的老人各项指标均高于普通老年组,健身锻炼时老年人有重要作用。 This thesis makes a comparative research on the 3 groups respectively of common old people,old people with frequent exercise and college students for contrasing.The three indexes of lasting time while standing with single foot and eyes closed, normal length of stride and distance between the knees while standing straight show that the movement balance- adjusting ability and the function of muscle movement of old people are obviously lower (P< 0.01)than those of control group.However, the indexes of old people with frequent exercise are above the average. Therefore, fitness is very important for old people.
