摘要
试验结果表明,温度骤然升高后,青蛤肝胰腺中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的比活力先升后降,3h达到最大值(522.28±20.46)U/g,15h后ACP的比活力基本恢复,达到对照组水平;温度骤然升高后,青蛤肝胰腺中溶菌酶(LSE)的比活力先降后升,9h达到最低值(1038.42±168.37)U/mg,窒息条件下,ACP的比活力出现2个峰值,其中最大值出现在15h,达到(225.50±5.92)u/g,0~3hLSZ的比活力显著下降,3~5hLSZ的比活力显著升高,之后酶的比活力缓慢下降,11h达到最低值(2725.6324±247.3382)U/mg,之后LSZ的活力又上升,并恢复到对照组水平。
The impacts of sharp increase in water temperature and hypoxia on the specific activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and lysozyme (LSZ) were studied in hepatopancreas of clam Cyclina sinensis. The results showed that the specific activity of ACP rose first and then declined after the sharp increase in water temperature. The clam had the maximum specific activity of ACP (522.28±20.46) U/g 3 hours after it was kept at 32℃, and returned to the level in the control group 15 hours later. The specific activity of LSZ showed the same tendency, with the minimum of (1038.42 ± 168.37) U/mg 9 hours after sharp increase in water temperature. Under the hypoxia, however, there were two peaks of the ACP activity. The maximum (225.50±5.92) U/g occured 15 hours after temperature administration. The clam had significantly low activity of LSZ from 0 hour to 3 hours after the administration,and high activity of LSZ from 3 hours to 5 hours with the minimum (2725. 6324±247. 3382) U/rag until 11 hours. After then,the activity of LSZ rose again,and went back to the level of the control group.
