面对新世纪我国高师体育教育的思考───兼谈人才培养、课程设置和教师队伍建设

REFLECTIONS ON PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN OUR NORMAL COLLEGES FACING THE NEW CENTURY

教育要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来。在世纪之交的关键时刻，我们有必要审时度势，迎接挑战、把握机遇、深化改革、促进发展、力争以新的面貌进入21世纪。本文从我国高师体育教育专业的现状入手，思考了新世纪体育教育专业人才培养模式、课程设置和教师队伍建设等问题。

Starting from the description of the current situation of physical education in Chinase norrmal colleges, the author discusses some important issues conceming the physical education in the new century such as talent-cultivation models, curriculum arrangement and the construction of teachers' society, and suggests that, at the tum of the centuries, we should be more prudent to meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by the new century, deepening and promoting the reforms and developments in the physical education of Chinese normal colleges.
