摘要
将乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE)样品装入顶空取样瓶中,置于顶空自动进样器内,待瓶中气液两相平衡后,取其上部气体进行色谱分析,以正丙醇作内标,峰面积定量,即可测定VAE残余单体醋酸乙烯(VAM)含量,所测结果的相对误差仅为1.76%。用该方法分析VAE乳液中的残余单体醋酸乙烯可获得满意的结果。
The vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer emulsion (VAE) sample was put into a headspace sampling bottle, and then the bottle was parked into the auto sample injector, and after the vapor-liquid equilibrium was reached the upper gas of the bottle was extracted for GC analysis using n-propanol as internal standard, and the residual vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) was quantified by peak area. The relative error of results was only 1.76%. Residual VAM in VAE could be determined by headspace GC satisfactorily.
