摘要
用溶胶-凝胶均匀沉淀法制备了草酸二乙酯气相加氢制乙二醇的Cu/SiO2催化剂。考察了铜负载量、活化温度、反应温度、反应压力、氢酯比以及液时空速对催化剂性能的影响,确定了最佳的反应工艺条件,使草酸二乙酯的转化率和乙二醇的收率分别达到100%和98%。
The Cu/SiO2 catalyst for gas-phase hydrogenation of diethyl oxalate (DEO) to ethylene glycol (EG) was prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of Cu -loading, reduction temperature, reaction temperature, pressure, H2/DEO molar ratio and LSHV on the catalytic properties to the catalyst were investigated, and the optimized reaction conditions were determined. Under the optimized conditions, the DEO conversion and EG selectivity reached 100% and 98%, respectiviely.
