摘要
在理论上分析了光面护壁爆破新技术的作用原理。开展了动态光弹性试验,获得了光面护壁爆破过程的等差条纹图。通过对条纹图的分析表明,由于护壁套管的存在,能够大大降低爆炸产物对护壁面方向的冲击作用,临空面和护壁面之间的剪应力差值高达3.5倍,它是在护壁面和临空面之间形成光滑爆破开裂面的重要动力。试验结果对于光面护壁爆破技术的应用有一定的参考价值。
Smooth blasting mechanism of pipe protecting borehole wall is analyzed theoretically. Dynamic photo elasticity experiment is conducted, and the isochromatic fringes graphs in the process of smooth blasting of pipe protecting borehole wall is obtained. Analyzing those graphs shows that shock effect of explosion production to protecting face can be greatly reduced owing to protection casing. Shear stress difference between free face and protecting face reaches 3.5 times. It is the important power for shaping smooth crack face of blasting, Experiment results can provide reference for application of smooth blasting of pipe protecting borehole wall.
