砷剂联合M2方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤16例

摘要 目的观察砷剂联合M2方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的疗效及患者不良反应。方法16例MM患者均采用砷剂联合M2方案治疗。结果16例中部分缓解6例,进步8例,无效2例;不良反应主要为肝损害,应用保肝药物2周内可恢复正常。结论三氧化二砷对许多恶性血液病有良好疗效,包括MM、骨髓增生异常综合征等。
