Effect of mesenchymal stem cell in transplantation

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)是一类具有高度自我更新及多向分化潜能的组织干细胞,易于在体外扩增,在造血干细胞移植(HSCT)及其他系统的移植中发挥重要的作用。详细阐述了MSC支持造血、促进植入,调节免疫及减轻移植后的移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)等方面的功能及机制,并对其在临床上的进一步应用提出建议与展望。 Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) is a kind of tissue stem cell having a characteristics of high self-renewal and muhipotency. It is tended to be separated in vitro and play an important role in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and transplantation of other systems. This article described mesenchymal stem cell's function and mechanism on supporting hematopoiesis, enhancing implantation, adjusting immunity and alleviating graft versus host disease (GVHD) in transplantation and also give some advices and experties about its further application.
