摘要
目的：观察扬子鳄肉的营养价值与药效作用．方法：２８只小鼠分两组：实验组在饲料中加鳄肉，对照组在饲料中加猪肉，饲养３个月后，观察小鼠体重，血象，游泳耐力和谜宫试验以及肿瘤化疗药物反应．结果显示；实验组小鼠的体重增加，谜宫试验和游泳耐力试验的成绩优于对照组，肿瘤化疗的药物反应也较轻，结论：扬子鳄肉有较高的营养价值与较好的药用前景．
Objective:In order to observation on the nutrient and medicinal value of Chinese Alligators muscle .Method:28 white mouses are divided into two groups without selection .The experiment group and control group .Feed of the experiment group is added by Chinese Alligator's muscle .The feed of the control group is added by pork.The body weight ,blood examination,labyrinthic test,swinning endurance test and reaction of chemotherapy to cancer are the indexes to be observed after rearing three months.Results:The weight of experiment group increased. The results of indexes in the experiment group as indicated above are better than the control group.Conclusion:The nutrition and medicinal value of Chinese Alligator's muscle are good.
