脾边缘区B细胞淋巴瘤一例

摘要 患者男，72岁。脾大6年，乏力、多汗、体重减轻半年2007年9月30日入院。2001年超声检查，脾肋下1．12cm，厚5．12cm，2003年始脾逐渐增大，2006年始WBC、Pit、RBC逐渐减低。2007年3月超声检查脾肋下8．6cm，厚8．2on3，WBC4．4×10^9／L，淋巴细胞0．26，RBC3．05×10^12／L，PIt83×10^9／L，并乏力，夜间汗多，体重减轻5kg。体检：体温36．4℃，脉博84次／min，呼吸20次／min，血压120／80mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。皮肤黏膜稍白，
